signed up for the 5k on Saturday.  My legs are a little sore this morning -- leftover from the 16 on Saturday or from running a little harder than easy the last two days?  Not sure - but it feels kind of good.  Must be working harder than I have been...

6 this evening - felt good - took it nice and smooth and easy

A good 5K this Saturday will mentally set the stage for the rest of your marathon training. I'll look forward to reading about it.

Rhett- really not sure what to expect - time wise. I haven't worn my watch in a month. The only time I know my pace is when I run with JG. I think I'll just go with the flow and see what happens. It certainly isn't a goal race.
