played baseball last night, which involved running bases and in the outfield.  So my foot got a workout.  It felt fine while doing it, but it is a little sore today.  Not sure where to go from here.

Glad you were able to get some exorcise/running in! The lateral starins of turning corners running bases & in the outfield is probably more strenuous on the foot than just running on the road. You have been wise to give it lots of time to heal, hope you can ease back into the running without recurrence of pain!

hey slick - I don't know what I'm doing next. I'd be happy with a slow 4 miler at this point.
