73 and overcast but very humid this morning.  My stomach didn't feel too good as I started but that cleared up after about 5 miles.  I finished reasonably strong.  This is a pretty demanding route and takes a lot out of me EVERY time.  But it is in the bank and my race will feel much easier that this route.  I think my next long run will be a finish fast on a route that is more similar to my race route.

20.4 miles in 2:37:24 - even split 7:43 pace overall'

OH - also this was my biggest mileage week ever and my legs and joints feel pretty good.  YEA!

Get out there and walk that extra 50 feet to get 75 miles!!! You da man! I'm so impressed thinking back only a couple years when we first started this marathon madness...you've run with it!! You'll be in the first corral next time you run Boston!

its been a trip, Marc. That's for sure. My runner's world log rounded up to 75 for me - yeah! either way I'll take it and I don't feel sore or anything. I'm just tired.

Great job Tim. It has been amazing to see you keep getting faster and faster. I wish my body held up like yours.
