messeed up my eating prior to this. had a snack at 3:30 and then didn't get out until 5:15.  I got really weak in the middle of this one.  But I pressed on through and I felt ok towards the end.  It didn't feel this slow, but I got stuck at at least a couple traffic lights...

My foot felt ok today.  My lower legs are tired though.  I have to get new shoes.  I'm just voer 700 miles on these, which is a new high for me I think.

Great job, Tim. Yeah, I'd say it's time for a new pair of shoes. I thought I was bad. My shoes have over 400 miles on them now. I need to get a new pair before the marathon.

It sure is. Seems like I was just in the middle of my training cycle and then all of a sudden here it is. I'm so glad for the taper.
