just an easy 8.5 today -- took some big hills just so i wasn't too lazy

happy with this week.  added a little speed and a little hill work.  need to build on that.

Isn't it great when you are running "easy 8.5" mile runs. I was just thinking this morning how easy my 7 mile run at 7:24 AP felt. I guess I'm finally getting back into shape. You always seem to be in that good of shape though.
