ate like crap last night - but I felt like running this morning so I went out for an easy 4.  Hoping to do a little speed work this afternoon before getting the kiddies.

felt pretty good on these - a little slow but that's ok for now - I didn't blowup.  A little windy out there but not horrible.  And the track kids actually didn't get in my way too bad.  Yea kids!
