Hey Andy and Allie - thanks. There is still some achy type pain which I would probably ignore if I was training for something. I'm really just tired of these niggling little injuries. At this point I think maybe I need to hit the gym hard for a couple weeks and then see what happens. I've been in this workout plateau for a while now. I think a change of workouts will be good for my body.
