Ran over to Emory again to watch a few minutes of track night.  Got to see some 400s this time.  Then finished.   Felt strong at the end - a couple low 7s at the end.

About 2.5 miles in I had a little tug in my left groin area, which is really weird cause I haven't had an issue with that since soccer in high school.  I stopped, made a feeble attempt at a stretch, and then started walking home.  Well that got boring and slow so I jogged it out and it never hurt again -- weird.  I hope that doesn't come back.  I don't need an injury.

When you said "watch" and see, you meant RAN and GOT, right? :)

Hope that groin tug was just a little fluke and nothing to worry about! :)

I hope it was a fluke too.

No I didn't participate this time. Maybe next Tues. With all the people doing the shorter distances, it gets to be such a late night. They don't even get around to the mile and 5k until 8-8:30 at least. By the time I run home, it is around 10-10:30. I'll do some speedwork today.
