Ran at lunch today - breeze and in the high 50's.  I was sleepy at work, which pretty much means I'll have a decent run.  So of course I had a good run.  It wasn't long but I felt good.  Wind in my face on the way out and at my back on the way back.  This week is shaping up ok. I should end up with 47 or 48 for the week.  I'd like to start averaging around 50 for a while.  First I need to have two decent weeks in a row.  I haven't had very consistent training weeks recently.

I think if we lived closer together, I could hang with you on your easy days. I did my 6 today at 7:18 -- ran a 6:46 for the last mile - which is just about 5K pace for me nowadays. Great week for you.

that would be cool but the commute would be killer... :)
