Ran after work again.  Ran over to the highlands and back.  I need to eat more before a 5PM run.  I didn't have much today but plugged along until it was over.  I felt a little better after about 5 or 6 miles.

NICE run! Have you got your race calendar figured out yet? Gonna miss you this year at Boston.

HI SMooth - I'll miss you guys too. I'm going to sign up for a 50K on June 7th and there are also weekly track nights in May that I'll do. They have the 1500, mile, 3k and 5k events that I'll do and try to get some PRs. Maybe try an 8 hour race in August just to say I did it.

You're going farther and farther. How far is 8 hours?

fly- 8 hours as far as you can go. It is a one mile loop. Last year the winner got up to 51 miles. I wouldn't expect to get anywhere near that. Maybe 40ish would be do-able.
