Ran 4 at lunch - extremely sluggish.  Not sure why - I feel great otherwise.

5PM -  -= I felt much better than at noon.  Got an email from the masters team manager for Atlanta Track Club.  He wants me to join the team.  He's been talking to me about this They pay up to $600 per year for travel and for races.  So maybe next year for Boston...I'm nervous that I won't stand up to their level.  I have a 5K this Sat that he'll be at and I haven't run fast since November.  I know I can do it but this isn't the right time of year for me...
