I'm a little sore from the effort yesterday but once i got going I felt better.  The weather is low 70s and sunny - one of the best times of the year here in GA.

4.6 @ 7:09 pace

4.9 after work at 7:35 pace - I was a little tired and had stomach cramps but I felt better towards the end...

Awesome job!!! There's your 300+ miles for the month.

We had a cold front move in over night. yesterday it was 88 degrees and today it was only 40. Brrrr.

40 degrees for a high? I'm not ready for that...
