I FINALLY made hotel reservations for the night before the marathon.  YEA!

6 miles at lunchtime - a little creaky for the first two miles but once I loosened up I was ok.

7:34 ave. pace

5PM -

just beautiful weather tonight
felt really good for the first two miles and then i started to feel like i was floating along, which is cool when you are running, but now I know it precedes an energy crash...this is the second time this has happened.  I ate and drank well today,  I thought.  I'm not sure what happened there.

Wish I could feel like I'm floating. I always feel like King Kong.

I like to make my reservations a year in advance. LOL

Man you are bad.:) Last year before SG I had a great scare with like 2 weeks before the race I didn't have a place to stay. I was freaking out for a while there.

Sounds like your hitting your peak just about right for the marathon. Your going to do awesome man.
