I'm glad "all things are a go." Can we expect blast off this afternoon?

no blasting Rhett :)

NICE 2 runs and consistent *all things good* pace! :)

How was the school concert last night? How's your little girl feeling today? Hope she's all better!

From timp on Fri, Dec 16, 2011 at 17:53:53 from 144.188.24.32

thanks SMooth - so far so good this week I guess.

The concert was fun and all the kids really enjoyed themselves. And little one (not so little anymore) is feeling a lot better today, thankfully.

thanks JG - not big miles but gets my blood moving twice a day at least

Looks like some solid miles this month. Glad to see no recent reports of pain. Are you going to take some vacation and do some serious running?

From timp on Sat, Dec 17, 2011 at 08:53:57 from 99.110.188.230

Yeah Marc - my foot is holding up. The big test will be on my birthday when JG and I do the Fat A$$ 50K

No big miles over PTO - watching the kiddies..

From Tom Slick on Sat, Dec 17, 2011 at 11:09:22 from 69.171.160.5

when is this 50K you speak of? Good to hear you are not experiencing any pain...don't you just hate to run when it hurts....

From timp on Sat, Dec 17, 2011 at 12:57:28 from 99.110.188.230

Hey Slick - it is on Jan8. It sometimes comes and goes but it usually goes. I think I've dealt with this for years but ignored it, so I'll try to do that until, or if, I can't.
