Got out before going to work today - got in 4.9 humid, sweaty miles.  I think I sweated out 3 lbs in 4.9 miles, which is a lot even for me.   I'll try to get in another at work or after work.  Then I have 18 miles over a hilly course tomorrow.

 4.9 - 7:07 pace

5.55 at work for lunch break - felt really pretty good once I got started.  My legs are tired though - after the race Saturday, then tempo and MP days.  Tomorrow's 18 should be interesting.

 5.5 @ 6:50 pace

No rest for the wicked. Look at you go this week. Nice pace man too. Looking to see how your 2nd set of miles to go.:)

So you plan on also going to Boston next year bro??

thanks - that's what it feels like. I'm trying to keep a fresh attitude for these runs, but there are only so many different routes I can come up with that start at my house.

I haven't signed up for Boston 2010 - I guess if we have some extra $$ I might. My wife would like to go this time so it will cost twice as much as last time.

I know you'll be going - two weeks from tomorrow you'll be qualifying, right?

Taking your wife will cost a lot more than twice as much.

Yeah I hear you about routes and such around your place. I do most of mine right around my place. But do like to travel a bit for my longer ones.

That is the plan to BQ and meet up with everyone. Really sounded like you guys had a blast last year with everyone. Along with running a race.:) So hopefully with Marc, Jeff and the rest of the gang with us will be able to do it. This race doesn't have a pace group so we had to form our own.

I am hoping to take my wife when I go. With her running it with me. The skinny people convention is another thing I am looking forward to going to.:) And I know my wife would look at that as a big candy store. And spend tons there for sure.

Sounds like we are going to have a huge gang in Boston this year. Should be fun again this year. I still have not signed up yet. I'm waiting to see if my foot starts to behave, but I do already have a room reservation. I think my wife will be along for the ride this year. She felt like she missed out last year.
