Felt ok today.  My legs are a little sore from the tempo miles yesterday.  Once I got into it, I was fine.  I hope to do another 4-5 after Cub Scouts tonight.

Dark and puddles with the rain. That is a great pace too. Very nice job. So when you do your doubles. Do you normally feel stronger on the first workout or the 2nd?? Or I guess more specificly which do you push more on then the other??

I always (almost always) feel better on the 2nd. I usually do two shorter ones and neither is that stressful so my legs are not toasted for the 2nd. On my first it is always after sitting at work at my computer for a few hours. I rarely feel good on a run at work. Then the 2nd is about 4 hours later and I think my muscles are still in an active mode. Or maybe its all mental. :)

Hmm very interesting. So like its a warm-up for say for you on the first one then 4 hrs later you hit it again and feel stronger. Cool so have you ever done one of those relay races like Ragnar?? Where you have 3 legs a few hrs apart yet??

Yeah, they are fun. But require a different kind of training to do well. Sounds like something you would really excel in too.
