Felt like staying in my office chair today but I dragged my butt out the door for a few easy miles.

Once I started I felt good, actually.  I will try to squeeze another 30 minutes in before Cubscouts or after it tonight.

Wow, you're going to be close to 300 miles for the month.

Only 9.75 miles on a day you didn't feel like getting out of your chair!! Nice. Enjoying some non-rain?

Great job on the 2nd go of the day. And you even picked up the pace. Right on.

Marc - I am enojying some dry for a day or so. Even better I'm going to enjoy the cool weather for my tempo run today. It is 50 degrees right now.

Dale - I'll get close to 300...we'll see. Tempo day today and another 10 tomorrow. I've never hit that mark before.

Thanks Mark! You starting to get the pre-marathon willies? I have trouble concentrating on anything else the week before a marathon.

Yeah I am getting all excited. NOt to worried for say. More excitement and trying to keep it in check so it wont take longer.:) I feel really good about this training cycle. Just hoping everything will come together. One of my big aces in the hole is having Marc to run with.

It should help a lot to have a group to pace together. That should help you guys get through the tough spots that always seems to pop up.

MarkO...ace in the hole...yup that's me! Mark, dude, I'll stick with you as long as I can...I'm eating bananas, massaging my calf, drinking lots (of water/powerade), and NOT running. We'll see how these cards play out on Saturday.

Sounds like you got everything worked out. Oh we are going to make it. I just got to work out my potty breaks so Jeff and you dont leave me at mile 6 again. Happened at both PC and SG last year.:)
