About 70 degrees and light wind.  I hope it is as nice tomorrow for my long run.

I was stiff for the first mile and a half.  Add to that, my left hip flexor is still acting up if I stride wrong.  The roofing last Saturday really took my legs for a spin.

Just cruised along at 7:25 ave trying to get it over with.

Nice lunchtime miles for you, Tim.

A buddy and I roofed my house a couple years ago, and I remember quite vividly the quad pain I had for about a week. The constant squatting was something I wasn't used to. Good luck with your long run tomorrow. I'll try to get in at least 12 miles either Saturday of Sunday.

Hey how about listing your upcoming races under your Short-Term Running Goals, so I don't have to keep asking you when your next race is? :-)
