2 miles - 7:57 ave pace - maybe three days in a row is too much.  My foot is a little wonky.  Prob give it a rest on Friday.  Pretty disappointed cause today was the first time this week that I felt good and normal again (except my foot).  Felt like I could go for a long way.

added to that with 10.1 on the bike - 14.7 ave pace - tailed off a lot at the end.  Should have eaten a little bit prior to this workout.

Bummer about the foot. I think we are just falling apart. I'm dying to run, but now my stupid back is preventing it. I tried to run this morning, but after 3 steps, I stopped. No way I could do it.

Slick - I think I had a sf in my foot. Took off 9 weeks. Getting slowly into it this week.
