Goal was to break 18 but I didn't plan or manage the race well. Somehow all the chip times were off from watch times. I'm going by watch time. Foot felt fine which is a relief. Need to create a plan with speed days every week.  no races planned until the first weekend in November.

after the race my family and i went up to the mountains. had a fun day.

Ya, I too wish I could run this fast...oh well! Congrats on your AG win!Hey, I spent the day in the mountains at the cabin on Saturday/Sunday too. It's so nice and peaceful up there. But running at 9500 ft. can be a bit straining.

Great job Tim, this weather is perfect, let's hit the track in September, so you can pull me to a sub 18!
