lots of honey dos this weekend and I thought I might skip the run, but I managed to sneak in an hour.  I actually felt good again.  I'm not sure what's going on the past few days but I'm not complaining.  I put together a few routes to make a new one.  that might have helped.  Plus the weather is awesome - mid 60's and sunny.
