had a great PTO with the kids - we did lunch with mom at a BBQ joint then went to see The Spy Next Door, and then did a couple hours at Dave and Busters.
Thought I'd be tired but I had a great run.  The pace felt natural and not like I was pushing.  My chest still hurts a bit when taking a deep breath, but it is better then yesterday.

What a NICE dad! Our son took us to see The Spy Next Door last week...sooo funny! Hubby loved those no brainer feel good movies.

WOW, that spill you took on Mon still hurting your chest? NICE mileage and pace nevertheless!

thanks Smooth - we had a great time together. And I'm happy I was able to get in my miles tonight.

Glad to hear the breathing is getting better. How about the road rash? Nice run after a day of fun.

Dale - thanks- the road rash doesn't hurt anymore, it just looks ugly.
