had fun running down ponce and highland today in the ice.  fun to run dwn the middle of roads that would otherwise be full of speeding cars.

just need 6 more to hit 30 again this week or 16 over the next three days.  really feeling good to get on a little roll recently.  not fast but that's not even in my thoughts now.
