Bro-TimP - are you running with a goal or just for fun?

In my situation I've found that if I have a defined goal ahead of me I run with commitment and purpose, where as if I'm just out running I have no direction and I seem to sabotage myself with excuses to fail.

The only excuse I find helpful is one that leads to success.

Sorry about that, I just wanted to kick myself in the butt...34 days and a wake up till the Boston.

Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you don't.

It's just par for the course.
