Ran this morning so I don't have to run in the rain this afternoon.  I had a nice run and took it a little longer than I've gone in three weeks.  Sad that a 7 mile run is long for me, but I'm feeling more normal out there every day.  Now I just need to stop eating for a week and I'll get back to normal.  :)

I'm glad that someone as speedy fast as you, has to battle the same things the rest of us do. I'm sure you'll be back to your same old self in a blink of the eye.
