I felt so good after my long run yesterday that I wanted to get in a short run today before Chrys had to go to work.  It was hot but I managed to hold things together reasonably well.

Nice long run and short run in the heat. I would die if I ran in the heat we've been having.

I love when a run feels so good that you can't wait to get out and do the next one. Nice pace the day after a long run.

Rhett, how is that leg coming along?

Toughie!

(Or is it Toughy? I'm thinking Toughy might be more masculine whereas Toughie might be more feminine. What do you think?)

Nice job, Toughy!

Tim, for the last week if I didn't know that my leg had a fracture I'd think there was nothing wrong with me. I guess it's a good thing I got the MRI, cause I'd be back out there running already and I would probably refracture it. If all goes well for the next few weeks, I try some easy running beginning of August. That will be 2 months from my last run.

Rhett, I'm glad it is feeling better. Has it really be more than a month since your last run?

From Rhett on Mon, Jul 12, 2010 at 17:37:44 from 74.32.217.240

yep 5 1/2 weeks.
