storm front came through and cooled it a bit I think - a little windy. not too bad - around 85 I think just took it easy and tried not to crash - got a little hungry and drained feeling in the middle but that is something to get through mentally.

Don't have much of a week going and next week isn't going to be better.  I have next week off and will drive my kids up to PA to se my family and then to Hershey for the Chocolate tour and then Philly to see Independance Hall and the Liberty Bell.  I'm looking forward to it but will probably not get too many miles in there...

Sounds like a fun trip. My wife will be heading to PA for work in a couple of weeks.

Nice run. The mental part of running is something i STILL struggle with

I love Hershey. We used to go there often when I was a child. I still remember the smell of chocalte.

I hope you're having a fun time at the farm. Spent a few days with Ray, Kristine and Jeremy at Yellowstone last week. Was a fun trip. Now i need to find your trail race report...still catching up..

Back from vacation and ready to start running again after a week off. I'm well rested at least...

Welcome home. Did you eat a lot of chocolate?

Thanks Rhett. I did good while on the trip but ate a lot in the last two days since I've been home...oh well. I can't wait to get out and run this evening.
