oh boy - cold and rainy day - need to run around 4 PM today, when my wife gets home.  Is it bad that I have no desire to do my 14-16 miles?  argh

ok I got my butt out the door and managed to have a really good long run.  it was the longest in a couple of months.  I started slow and ended up finishing strong.

I actually remember why I enjoy the long runs sometimes.

I never want to run my long runs but know I will regret it if I don't.
