got in a pre-lunch run - had some stomach cramps in the first couple miles, but they worked themselves out somehow.  Otherwise my legs felt strong  and strides were long (for me anyway).

You were moving at a good clip this morning.

So, just out of curiousity, what is the fastest mile you have ever ran? What do you think the is the fastest mile you could run right now? You are so amazingly fast.

Rhett - yeah I felt good yesterday- no idea why, but I'll take it.

Teena - how are you? I've not seen an update since BeanTown. You really did an amazing job despite your injury. Like my wife told me, your time might not been what you wanted, but it was something a lot of people would kill for...Your time was faster than my last full and I just had a bad stomach...

As for me - and I know I like to talk about my running ( :) ), I've done a 5:09 mile. That was last year around this time. It is amazing how slow that is to the world but it felt so fast to me at the time. Running is so relative. And it makes what the fast guys so SO amazing. I have no idea what I can do now. Some day I want to do a sub 5. Track nights start next week and I want to take a measure of my fitness, but my wife has all her meetings on Tues and I'll probably not get to do many of those nights this year, unfortunately. :) :)

Hey Tim -- I'm fine ... started running a bit last week and toying with the idea of running the Ogden marathon on the 15th -- of course, only as a training run since I have lost quite a bit these past 6 weeks. Just in the middle of finals and so haven't blogged. :)

Dang you are fast!!!!
