Nice job. What is the temp supposed to get up to today? Accuweather says it's only 80 here right now, but I think it's hotter than that.

yeah Dale, it is supposed to get to 98 today.

Yeah Mark, those are in my "easy miles" range. RW training plan says I should do like 7:25s on easy days. McMillan says my easy miles should be in the 7-7:30 range. It all depends on what race time I put into his pace calculator, of course.

I print up a new McMillan after each PR and use it as a new standard for pace ranges. The paces from RW training plan are in the ranges that McM provides. Since some days and some routes are better/easier than others, I tend to look at McMs ranges more. As long as a bad day is in the range, I feel ok.

Ah so where do you find this McMillan paces?? And such. I have heard about it and maybe even checked it out once. Just dont have it bookmarked.
