felt a bit clunky but overall it was ok- will get out after the wife gets home tonight.

 4.2 @ 7:05 ave pace

7.6 tonight - 6:50 pace - i felt better than at 2PM and even tried to open it up over the last mile.  I still don't feel like my stride is open enough but I'm working on it.

Glad your night run was better...no clunky! Keep working on your open strides...I have no clue how you do that...you run like an elite in my book! :)

I'm sure your stride is MUCH better than mine. When I see pictures of myself running, it looks like I'm out for a Sunday stroll. lol
