Well I skipped yesterday cause I was a wuss.  But I'm back at it today and my knee and foot feel better from the day off.

did another 4 later in the afternoon. felt better on that one but got a little floaty feeling, which is never good.  it went away after a mile or so but I hate when that happens.

Yeah, I get that too once in awhile. I hate it when it happens because there's nothing I can do about it. It does go away, but I'm nervous it will pop up on race day or something. I wonder if it's some sort of blood sugar issue.

glad it isn't just me :) - it is a bit disconcerting for sure. Yeah i agree. it must be blood sugar levels. at least it isn't one of my heart racing episodes.
