Today registration opens for next month's Hot2Trot - 8 hour race.  Debating if I should do that or not.  I have a 5K the following Saturday which is usually a goal race.  But I've wanted to do this 8 hour for a couple years now.  It starts at 7AM and goes for 8 hours through the HOT Atlanta summer.  It would be a great challenge.  Of course, my wife might kill me if I do it.

Ah tough decision for sure. I would get the wife on board before you sign up. And if she does then I would do that one for sure.

Go with your gut. Don't be like me and miss out on something that you've wanted to do for some time now. All year long I've been wanting to do some trail races but all the marathons I'm training for are getting in the way.

good points guys. It sounds fun so I think it all depends on the price this year. Last year it was just $25. If it goes up to 40 or 50 I'll just write it off and do the 5K. Should know soon...
