Tempo day - missed it last week so I can't this week

Did 6 @ 5:51 ave pace

I was a little faster than intended but I guess that is better than slower than intended

Need a recovery 4-6 later after supper

Got out after the picnic at Sawyer's school (which actually was not that bad of a time).  It was like 65 and, yes, I had long sleeves on.  I'm not used to temps under 70 yet.

4.25 @ 7:17 ave pace

I need 25 miles in the next two days to get 300 for the month.  Stupid, but I want to get that tally.

Weight: 143.00

Wow! You are just getting faster and faster. I can't imagine doing a tempo run at that fast of pace for six miles. What's you next marathon goal time?

Yeah Rhett - it was only like 73 when I ran today. All the heat and humidity training might just pay off. Maybe it is like altitude training for us low landers.

Anyway - no marathons in the foreseeable future. I have a 1/2 on 10/30 and another on thanksgiving. I just wanted to do something different this year.

Is 25 miles in the next two days doable?
