Ran a quick 5 before work today. It was horrible. I felt very weak and wobbly. This afternoon's run can only be better. 5 @ 7:49 ave pace

ran 4.2 after work - 6:46 ave pace =- felt a lot better than this morn.  Didn't have all the time so the miles are short - oh well
