I'm not sure if the lower temps of the morning are better since they come with higher humidity.  I got in 6.2 in this morning but I had to stop and walk a couple times.

Got in another 4.2 before getting the kids from after school camp

Ate some really good BBQ tonight - plus brunswick stew and bbq beans and a few fries.  I'll be ready to go for my LSD tomorrow morning!
