Did a relaxed 4 before getting my daughter from school.  Need to find another 30 min or so to do another round.  Either it will be during gymnastics or after cubscouts tonight, hopefully.  Really smashed my little toe by accident on a door frame last night.  Luckily my shoes are big enough that it doesn't hit.  It is still very tender...

4 @ 7:25 ave pace.

Did another one after cub scouts tonight

WAY to squeeze in two runs w/ your busy schedule. I love cub scouts! 100 anniversary this year!

Hope the little toe is okay!

Your an animal man! What's your next go fast marathon? Have you given any thoughts to doing Boston in 2011 with the gang?

Hey Slick - not sure what I'm doing next. There's a 5K in 3 weeks that I'm not ready for then a 50K in June. Maybe do another marathon in Nov. I need to get my speed work up and my weight down...
