Took the rest of last week off for the knee to calm down. I started on a walk and stretched it to a 5 mile run/walk. So far it isnt hurting after a few hours. Fingers crossed that I can do three quick ones this week

5 miles down an old friend of a route. slow and I chafed like crazy but I didnt die! My knee wasnt 100% but it wasnt like wednesday so i take today as a major accompishment. not giving up

2nd day back and the left knee isn't happy. i think i just need to stretch out my hamstring. this was always an issues when i ran a lot so it isn't a surprise. BUT it is good to hurt a little again

got it in my mind that i want to do the atlanta half mary on thanksgiving day morning. trying to talk my son into it. he's been running for a year or so now.
