26+ mile bike ride to Stone Mountain, around the park a bit, and back - around 15 mph including time lost at traffic stops.

tired of getting passed by people on better bikes.

a little cooler weather today - only 89 when I ran, which made a big difference.  Still don't have the endurance, but this one ended well and the last two miles felt good.  I thought the foot was going to give me troubles, but it turned out ok.

Got out in between meetings today.  Things are coming along slowly but surely.   Paces are in the 7:40's but at least they are coming down.  Foot feels fine.  I didn't walk or have to stop to heave, so that is a plus!

Out before getting Quincy from afterschool camp.  Did an out and back that I haven't done before.  New area to explore for some future runs.  Felt lethargic at the start but just kept the feet moving and it turned out to be a decent one (compared to recent ones of course)

ran at around 6:30 tonight

slogged through 8 slow miles

My foot gets a little sore when my form breaks down  - around 6 miles or so.  If I think about my foot landings it feels better, so it is just something I need to learn I guess.

Got out at 9:30 this morning.  Enjoyed a little lower temps for a while at least - low to mid 80s.  That is much better than the low to mid 90s.  Felt good the whole time and finished strong.  Yea!

Hit my goal of 30 miles for the week. Not big miles but I will take it.

Fresh pineapple is tasting really good right around now.  Going to a blues/bbq/bluegrass fest tonight.  That will be a good treat too...
