took a half day - we were going to go to St Louis but found out my son has a marching band performance at an away game (yes, i thought they only did home games)...

had a really hot run in 95 deg. stayed in the shade.  at least the humidity is a little lower. 

8:30 ish pace.  I took it slow so I'd make it.  At least I got out.
