6.3  including 5 repeats on one of the steepest hills in my immediate area.... legs felt that    :)

6.4 @ 7:25 ave pace-- this one felt like work the whole way.

4.1 later - @ 7:23 ave pace.  first chance to use my new flashing lights that I got for my birthday! very exciting 

tried to do a small tempo run today. the track was full of kids so i ran over to another area where I've done these in the past.

Not the fastest or the longest but I will build from here.  At this point it is mostly getting my mind wrapped around the faster pace.
